这是Opera Cake.这蛋糕的特别地方是它用的蛋糕和普通的蛋糕不一样。它用的蛋糕是吉康海绵蛋糕,还有它一共有七层。我妈说这蛋糕的制作过程很费时,先要煮焦糖再慢慢地加入蛋黄里。这蛋糕原本是用奶油制作的,我妈改用鲜奶油,口感吃了不会很腻又有很香的咖啡酒味。如果有人想尝试这蛋糕可以拨打0124843173或e-mail到lov3ping@hotmail.com订购。谢谢!
