跟着一辆残障人士的摩多车,车上载着了一位残障的中学生,贴心的父母放了一张小小的床褥的枕头希望孩子可以舒服的上下学,看在眼里的一切让我觉得家有残障的孩子的父母最伟大,相比之下他们对孩子付出的爱我们永远比不上,亲眼看到朋友如何对他残障小朋友(10岁)每天带他做运动,物理治疗,游泳,喂吃饭,帮他冲凉,刷牙和换尿片,我真的很佩服她们对孩子的耐心和关怀,偏偏有些人却狠心的把初儿丢掉真的不知所谓,每次看到这样的新闻都觉得很心疼,不明白为什么这么父母可以这么狠心,看着可爱的baby也舍得做出这么狠心的事情。。。
要和伟大的妈咪相比我还差的远呢!我什么都不会就只会满足孩子的味蕾而已。。。
孩子们都爱吃kuih Talam,可是却没有食谱只好上网找了一些食谱,尝试了Chef Foon Hai May的食谱。这食谱的Kuih Talam味道很好只是吃起来有点软,孩子们都不怎么喜欢,动手把食谱稍微改了一些,结果孩子们都赞不绝口,成功~
Kuih Talam
70g rice flour
25g green pea flour
25g tapioca flour
90g sugar
350g pandanus juice (10 large screwpine leaves, blend with 200g water) (改用320g)
Coconut cream layer (椰香层)
25g tapioca flour
30g rice flour
15g green pea flour
3g salt
150g coconut milk (改用200g的椰浆)
200g water (改用120g的清水)
做法:

Green pandan layer (班兰层)70g rice flour

做法:
Green Pandan (Bottom Layer)
1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and stir in the pandan juice.
2. Strain mixture into a saucepan and cook over low heat until mixture slightly thickens. Remove from the heat.
3. Pour mixture into an 8in greased mould and steam for about 20-25 minutes till set. (When you tilt the tray, the mixture shouldn?t wobble). Set aside.
Coconut Layer (Top Layer)
1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Stir in coconut milk and water.
2. Cook over low heat until mixture thickens about 8 minutes. Remove from heat and pour coconut layer onto the green pandan layer.
3. Steam for another 15 minutes.
Remove from steamer and let it cool for at least 4 hours prior to cutting.
